Our initial statement to investors and financial lenders is a frank revelation of the Zara Restaurant and the proposed Business Lounge – our intention is to establish realistic expectations of business, and eliminate any doubt about the profitability of this business.
We as business owners, have vested interests and financial commitment to the success of this restaurant. Our intention is to have a permanent business, financial and marketing plan that not only serves our need for capital funding, but is used as our daily business roadmap. 3. A solid Risk Mitigation Plan. We evaluated traditional and risks associated with Restaurant failure and accounted directly in the business plan. Instead of dismissing risks, we have identified valid mitigation strategies for each.
4. Deep management experience. Our management team has vast combined experience, which involved the most variety of restaurant openings, and a deep involvement of the restaurant industry in Pakistan.
