Do you think the use of "some notes" and "Please check this difference is" work here?
Having considered the second year's work plan, approved this work plan WITH SOME NOTES: 1.This work plan will be very useful if the target to be reached in this second year of operations mentioned so late in the second year of implementation plan will be able to compare between the target and the result achieved. 2.We also find difference between narrative and work plan of the activity table. In the story mentioned that the panel on the business environment was established in 6 provinces, while only 4 provinces in the activity table. Please, this difference is revised. The approval of this work plan will be applied retrospectively activities that were approved between May and October 2006. Please send changes and adjusting the work plan of the second year in no more than 2 weeks. I'm waiting for your response regarding this issue and appreciate your cooperation and attention.
