How can I protect my business plan?
Sure I want to present my business plan to potential investors without the risk of losing my property intellectual. Will I need a non-competition and non-disclosure agreement or there is not some kind of override the law that venture capitalists have to respect in Florida? Believe me, this is a business idea worth protecting, I'm not sure where to go from here. Thank you.
Maybe the copyright. Or you can go to an office laywers and their advice on what to do. Or you can make the deal you talk that says it WONT otherwise use a business then between you and them. I would definitely talk to a laywer and see what their opinions ..
