business plan outline templates
Could someone please help me with this business plan for my idea?
I was reading about templates and profiles of a business plan, but I see sections such as:-Market Research-Strategy-Plan * Draft Finiancial cash flows of the team I have a computer and the other sections. I trapped in these parts of the business plan some could please help me. It's just an idea at this time.
One idea is a good start. 1) Hash the idea and define it as a product or service in as much detail as possible. 2) Identify who will benefit from your product or service and how much they are willing to pay for it. 3) Describe how you will develop, produce, sell and support its product or service and the costs associated with each activity. 4) Divide the costs in fixed costs (the costs that you incur, regardless of how much money you make) and variable costs (how much will it cost for each unit sold or every dollar they bring). Calculate profit or losses at various levels of sales of units sold or dollars. This is done simply by subtracting all costs of all fixed income and variable costs associated with each unit sold or dollar sold. That's all you need for simple business plan. Good luck.
