Who are the professional advisors (eg attorney, accounting firm)?

Financial Plan. The Financial Plan involves the development of company revenue and profit model. Includes detailed explanations of the key assumptions used in the construction the model, sensitivity analysis on key revenue and cost variables, and description of comparable valuations for existing companies with business models similar.

In addition, the financial plan evaluates the amount of capital the company needs, the proposed use of these funds, and expected future earnings. Includes projected income statements, balance sheets and flow statements, quarterly erupted for the first two years, and annually for years 1-5. Importantly, all the assumptions and projections of the financial plan should flow from and supported by descriptions and explanations offered in the other sections of the plan. Each business plan should have a complete set of financial projections in the appendix, with the summary of finance in the Executive Summary and the financial plan.
