business plans for dummies

I want to start my business. Where do I start? Instruction wanted!?
I am a U.S. citizen and I have to register a business here. Can anyone tell me the exact instructions what to do? I do not need help with business plan, loans, etc. Just what I need to register and finally could go to any bank and establish a business account? What, where and how I have to register? What documents do I need to meet for a business bank account? I need instructions for fools like "Go there, ask, wait two days, get to go there, fill out the form X7634 and get that thing. Now you can go to any bank account and obtain business for his new company. ":-) I hope someone helps me with this!
When registering your business, you have two options: 1 – / city clerk's office of the County – if your business is a sole proprietorship or society in general. Check with your County if they have a website and instructions on how to register a company. One example is Fairfax County in VA, which provides a start guide for new entrepreneurs with links to each step of the way http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/dpsm/osb/start_up_links.htm # 1 2 – Secretary of State – if you operate a corporation or LLC, you go to the Secretary of State for registration of the company. Texas, for example, offers a guide on where submit your business registration of various types of entities http://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/businessstructure.shtml To open a bank account, bring your registration forms companies that includes your DBA or fictitious name or doing business as name for the bank. That is the proof that the bank needs that you are legally registered to use this trade name, so you can open a trading account for you using your DBA name. I could not be more specific than the previous (X763 can not use this form) as each state and county operate differently and each has their own forms they use,
