The success is so important to Qivana IBO Qivana like any other business. Diane Drawdy, a friend and fellow IBO Qivana sat for an interview with me recently. Diane and I have been friends for many years. Diane and I met as employees of St. Lucie County Bank in Fort Pierce, Florida. We have remained dear friends through the years. I have seen his children grow up. He regularly visits, either in his home state of Florida or from my home in Mississippi. Diane is responsible for introducing me to the opportunity Qivana.
Success Qivana I started asking Diane interview where he first heard about Qivana. She told me that his first introduction to Qivana was through his son Chris. His friend, Stephen Douglas, son of Douglas Marshall (once a diamond in the Amway senior), had confided in him that something big was coming. Nothing is known of Qivana at the time, even the name of the company, the CEO, or even what products are. But by all accounts was going to be huge, when the announcement was made.
This is where my success story begins Qivana. Diane I was visiting in February 2009, when she told me of this new company he had heard speak. She could tell me much in time, but I know and trust Diane for over 30 years, so I kept an open mind and waited for the announcement of company name. We found the name of the company during a conference call in the middle of February. Qivana was the name of our new company. The name Qivana derives from the combination of Qi or Chi, which is the Chinese word used to describe "the natural energy of the universe and Vana Nirvana, peace perfect mood.
About a week later we came to know the business Qivana team during a conference call. This is where my success story really Qivana get exciting. This is a corporate team consisting of the cream of the crop.
Derek Hall, CEO, former CEO of pharmaceutical company McKesson. In addition, Derek was also the President and CEO of Nature's Way, International Botanticals, member Therapeutics, Unigen USA and Univera. Also served as Vice President and CEO of Econet, Inc.
The Chief Finance Officer is Qivana Devin Glazier. Before coming to Mr. Qivana Devin was Novell's Financial Analyst and Mr. Director Finance XanGo. Devin received his BA in accounting and received his MBA from the University of Utah.
The Chief Strategy Officer is Justin Banner. Justin was previously Vice President of Strategy and Development of XanGo. It has aa BS in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Purdue University.
Qivana's General sales manager is Rodney James. Mr. James was the former Director of Product Marketing at XanGo, Marketing Director of VM Direct and Sales Manager at NuSkin. Rodney has a degree in finance from the University of Utah.
The marketing manager is Craig Johanson Qivana. Mr. Johanson was former Vice President of Marketing and Brand Manager XanGo Senior Tahitian Noni International. Craig holds a BA in Marketing from Boise State University and an MBA from Utah State University.
After I learned of these key leaders, I was more excited than before.
When I attended the pre-release Qivana in Atlanta, Georgia Qivana my dream Success became a reality. What a corporate team presentation of this fact! Each IBO Qivana and results that had been amazed by the product announcements, the company organization, and compensation plan. I left Atlanta, knowing he had found a business with the leaders and products that had been seeking.
Diane was able to attend the official presentation of Qivana in Orlando this September. In the interview, I asked him what his impression was been. He echoed my feelings about the excellent leadership. Although she had been involved in network marketing before, she said she had never felt a sense of integrity in corporate leaders or business owners themselves.
Qivana is really people helping people reach their dreams. Diane and I have grown our downline quickly. My team grew to more than 50 IBO at the time of the first products were shipped in April. Stay tuned for the second part of the interview Qivana success!
